Our state of the art facilities include multiple frame machines and multiple drive through Low Bake paint booths, as well as a computerized wheel alignment machines and multiple hydraulic lifts. Our skilled staff of trained and certified ICAR Gold and ASE employees ensure you and your policyholder that we believe top quality workmanship is important. Indoor drive-in claim service and computerized estimating systems provide each customer with efficient and accurate information. Rental vehicles are provided at the customer’s request.
History
Founded in 1960, by Nick Caldararo, our original New Castle shop has been at its present location since 1968. Today, we perform an average of 185-225 vehicle repairs monthly producing annual sales exceeding over 4 million dollars. Our 30,000 square foot facility is not limited to only auto body work. We also offer a complete full service detail department, paintless dent repair, windshield repair and replacement, full service mechanic shop and can handle all stripes and graphics needs.

Equipment & Facilities
Nick’s Auto Body operates an 30,000 square foot facility with 31 total bays: 23 collision bays, 8 paint bays, and two computerized frame straightening bays. Two world class down draft drive through spray booths and baking oven. And, three complete chassis liner frame machines. This facility is environmentally and worker safe. We 100% recycle all paints, thinners, anti-freeze, freon, and oils.
Every year the management of Nick’s Auto Body invests substantial resources to insure that this facility is on the cutting edge of Auto Restoration Technology.

Nick’s Auto Body is going green! If you care about protecting your environment, Nick’s Auto Body should be the FIRST body shop that comes to mind! Nick’s Auto Body is changing their complete painting process from a solvent based system to a Axalta Envirobase waterborne paint system. And…they are doing this well in advance of any federal mandates.
Because current solvent based systems dramatically contribute to pollution, Nick’s Auto Body gave high priority to this new water based system that can dramatically reduce our carbon footprint!
